Description We are seeking a diligent Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will involve various administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and working closely with clients who have severe mental health illnesses and homelessness. Responsibilities: Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients and team members Reserve conference rooms as needed for team meetings Order and maintain inventory of office supplies Provide front desk support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors Work closely with clients who have severe mental health illnesses and homelessness, providing necessary assistance and support Use Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook to perform various administrative tasks Utilize skills in healthcare administration to contribute to the smooth operation of the office Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared Provide excellent customer service to both internal team members and external clients. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Outlook is essential Experience in a Medical Front Office is required Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary Ability to Coordinate Meetings efficiently Previous experience in Healthcare Administration is a must Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team as well as independently Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients and medical professionals.
