This position will support a team of litigation attorneys. The team manages complex litigation matters, works to reduce outside counsel spend, and collaborates on best practices for efficient data and information management. This paralegal position will partner with the managing attorneys on various cases and support the following aspects of case management:
Document discovery
Witness discovery
Claim analysis
Legal hold
Case management
Case opening and closure
This position will participate in all significant case conferences, and strategy discussions. The role will also support a variety of special litigation projects, including:
Complex subpoena and information requests
Risk management initiatives
Resource identification initiatives

Paralegal certificate or equivalent job-related experience
Experience in a litigation setting, or similar experience with complex dispute resolution
Solid proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven comfort with uncertainty, with ability to proactively navigate a complex and heavily matrixed organization to effect results
Proven sound judgment and interpersonal agility to collaborate effectively with all individuals and teams
Proven excellent communication and writing skills
Proven excellent organizational and time management skills, with demonstrable experience independently managing workload of multiple competing deadlines and priorities

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually.
