Growing together.This individual contributor will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns that support Optum Health Solutions business unit goals. This position will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product(s), including business objectives, the economics of the product P&L, and the full lifecycle of the member experience with the product(s). They will partner closely with internal partners (Sales, Creative, Legal, Regulatory, Product and Marketing Operations) and external vendors / agency partners to create and implement marketing campaigns.The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization to gain alignment and execute on agreed upon objectives.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and execute consumer marketing programs and projects for assigned product lines with support and guidance of more senior team members

Develop and pilot new member engagement approaches/programs to maximize marketing campaign results and meet business unit goals

Develop, manage and maintain relationships with internal (product, sales, operations, legal, creative, etc.) and external stakeholders and keep them informed about marketing initiatives

Coordinate efforts to further understand consumer behavior and apply those learnings to marketing initiatives

Drive measurement of marketing initiatives and align with internal partners to execute test strategies to maximize program utilization

Attend cross functional meetings to provide marketing updates, results, and status of key initiatives

Manage budget processes for assigned product lines and areas

3 + years of experience in B2C marketing, business administration or communications

3 + years of experience developing and executing strategies and plans that meet business goals

3+ years of experience managing multiple projects participating in large multi-departmental workgroups

Proven experience remaining flexible over time and working with ambiguity

Proven track record in communicating, influencing at a large organization, and applying project management skills

Demonstrated effective in managing a variety of concurrent and competing projects and priorities

Demonstrated effective in collaborating and building relationships across a wide range of groups and functions

Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in product marketing or membership marketing in healthcare, financial services, travel/hospitality, or other service-related industries

Proven experience leading digital consumer acquisition marketing programs

Proven experience leading direct, CRM, or loyalty marketing programs

Proven experience with marketing automation and personalization

Proven experience with business intelligence functions of Excel

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually.
