Summary:  Prepare, analyze, reconcile, and maintain the general ledger, balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the operating divisions of Domino’s Pizza LLC and its subsidiaries.  Ensure adherence to Domino’s accounting policies and assist with maintaining a system of strong internal control over financial reporting.  Provide business support and key financial insight into business performance to key company stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES(80%) Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and supplemental reports for Domino’s operating divisionsPrepare timely and accurate financial statements and ensure completeness of the general ledger accounting data for Domino’s operating divisions.Record period end accounting entries (e.g. accruals, adjustments, etc.)Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and certificationsAnalyze the profit and loss statement for area(s) of responsibility and identify key business trends including performance to budget, flash, and prior yearInvestigate and communicate with internal customers on outstanding accounting issues, problems, or concernsMonitor account activity and notify management of unusual account activity, especially within key reserve accountsProvide internal customers with general ledgers, P&Ls, and financial summaries upon close of the financial periodAct as subject matter expert and a resource to internal customers on financial statements and the general ledgerLiaison with external vendors and partners on accounting matters that impact Domino’s financial statements, ensuring it is properly recorded in the general ledgerPartner with other accounting functions, with divisional finance teams, and business customers to ensure operating results are being reported timely, accurately, and in compliance with GAAPMaintain appropriate internal controls and adhere to Company policy and procedures ensuring that there are no significant deficiencies or material weaknesses.(20%) Special projects & ad hoc supportAssist internal customers with analysis of financial impact on certain projectsAssist financial reporting with the review of quarterly and annual financial reportsAssist with developing and documenting new accounting policies and proceduresAssist with internal and external audit requestsAssist in testing system upgrades or newly implemented systemsPartner with accounting managers and team leaders to resolve outstanding accounting issues, problems, or concernsProvide training and development support to other general ledger accountantsOther ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary
