We are currently looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative to grow and develop new business and maintain existing accounts. The ideal candidate is personable, communicative, and energized to help up expand further in a market with strong growth potential. They will be responsible for generating new business leads as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.
Job Duties:
Meet with new and existing customers to introduce and present Leamar products.
Establish and maintain close relationships with customers.
Keep customers updated with new product offerings, and develop a strong familiarity with the materials and products offered.
Demonstrate self-management to effectively monitor progress.
Interact with inside sales representatives and office personnel to communicate and record sales and schedule.
Demonstrate full compliance to the company's sales and price guidelines.
Qualifications/ Skills
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work experience should include a minimum of 2 years in outside sales; prior industry experience in stone, marble, and quartz sales is preferred, but not required.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in an expansive sales environment.
Strong communication skills and an outgoing mindset.
Must have valid driver's license.
Ability to travel within territory.
Must be focused, organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
