Job description
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales/Customer Service Representative to help develop new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is personable, communicative, and energized to help up expand further in a market with strong growth potential. They will be responsible for communicating with customers and generating new business leads.
Job Duties:
Contact new and existing customers via email/phone to introduce and present Leamar products.
Establish and maintain close relationships with customers. Keep customers updated with new product offerings.
Develop a strong familiarity with the materials and products offered.
Demonstrate self-management to effectively monitor progress.
Demonstrate full compliance to the company's sales and price guidelines.
Qualifications/ Skills
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work experience should include a minimum 2 years in sales; prior industry experience in stone, marble, and quartz sales is preferred, but not required.
Demonstrates strong communication skills in-person, over the phone and through email.
Has effective time management, sales, negotiation, and closing techniques.
