The primary function of the Sales (Field) Operations position is to manage and operationalize field-based plan of action strategies, initiatives and plans to maximize field force effectiveness, business outcomes and patient care by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams. This includes ensuring field forces are optimally deployed with the correct territory alignment, that they are targeting the right customers, with the right call plan. The person in this position will act as a change agent for field deployment and operations, to drive continuous improvement and establish best practices for the sales organization.This is a hybrid position - candidates should live near our Waltham, MA office to attend occasional in-person team meetings. Responsibilities & Skills:Manage field deployment, size, structure, territory alignments, and placement efforts across franchises by partnering with key stakeholders to ensure field teams are optimally deployed to achieve commercial objectives.Identify, prioritize, and manage initiatives that improve sales force effectiveness, performance, and productivity.Assist in the development and execution of a field communications strategy.Work closely with field operations team members to ensure Veeva CRM, incentive compensation, and other operational needs are met as they relate to brand teams.Identify process dependencies, inform and coordinate with CxI&O and cross-functional teams to ensure deployment is optimized and downstream processes are efficiently executed.Facilitate communication between field operations, insights, data science, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, and expectations.
