Director, New Product Planning

Deciphera Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the New Product Planning (NPP) team. In this visible role, you will collaborate across multiple functions to implement best commercial practices, foster communication, and inspire collaboration for the Deciphera portfolio. This role reports to the Senior Director, New Product Planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop market entry and program strategies for key assets.Provide commercial evaluation and strategic input for lifecycle management opportunities.Collaborate with IR/corporate communications for external messaging.Identify and assess opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable strategies.Support program strategy development and execution to maximize market potential.Communicate commercial insights and strategy to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Lead competitive intelligence collection and communication.Enhance NPP function processes and capabilities.Expected business travel: 20%
