This position will be responsible for cooking large volumes of food for Lunch and Dinner based of a pre-set menu. They are responsible for reading food tickets, event orders for specific needs of events. Assisting the Dietary Director in ordering, preparing inventory and any food preparation needed. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, and allergies cross contamination. Healthcare Experience Preferred.
