Your Responsibilities

St. Helena’s House located in Boston, MA is seeking candidates for a full-time Administrative Assistant role. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends as needed. The candidate will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, greeting visitors, processing applications, rent collections, bank deposits, processing work orders, processing invoices, ordering office supplies, distributing mail, and assisting with special projects. This position may also support other properties in the Boston area as needed.

Your Qualifications

Prior administrative experience is required. Prior experience in property management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese and English is required.
