Apartment management company is conducting a confidential search for an Assistant Property Manager in Saugus, MA. This person will provide high-quality customer service by fostering a positive and collaborative relationship with potential and existing residents, colleagues, vendors, contractors, communities, and associated agencies. We are specifically seeking someone with strong leasing experience to manage lease-up.
Essential Duties:
Customer-facing and responsive to in-person inquiries and phone calls.
Responsible for all phases of the leasing cycle including: lead generation, post apartment vacancies; process new applications & communicate application status; enter payments; process lease renewals; and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
Works on-site and regularly walks the property for tours and inspections; reports service repairs and field work order requests.
Adheres to and communicates policies, rules, and regulations to residents, maintenance staff, and vendors.
Maintain resident files, property promotional materials, reporting, and other duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience of multi-family residential leasing or property management experience.
Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity requirements and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communicates with poise and tact.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
Pay & Benefits:
Salary range 60-65K, based upon qualifications and experience. We offer a great working environment and benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays). Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
