Family-owned Commercial and Residential Electrical Services company seeks organized, hard-working individual to help current office staff. Duties would include but not be limited to:
-Keeping up to date with Commercial follow-up spreadsheet.
-Logging all invitations to bid on commercial projects.
-Communicating with vendors and contractors on a regular basis.
-Handling incoming phone calls from vendors and contractors.
-Submitting requests for pricing on lighting packages and other information needed for bids.
-This will start as a part-time, 20-25 hours per week position.
-Due to timeliness of tasks and deadlines, preferred schedule will be morning hours and Monday-Friday.
-Candidate must be able to work in our office in Dracut, this is not a remote position.
-Must be comfortable and experienced with both Google docs and Microsoft Suite.
-Fast-paced environment and quick turn-arounds are needed on tasks.
