Smolak Farms in North Andover is looking for full or part time Production Bakers, Meals to Go Production, Cider Donut Makers, Sandwich Makers and Short Order Cooks - Weekday and Weekend shifts available
Duties (Position Dependent) include:
Openers baking to be ready at 7AM but starting at 5.
Baking and prepping for our pies, muffins and other farm bakery products.
Meals to Go Production
Cider Donut Makers with a Donut Robot and can train
Sandwich makers and prep
Production baking pies can be done on off hours or skewed schedules.
Some of our food is served in our farm stand.
Food Service during our Festivals and busy Fall Weekends.
Assists with Catering orders (Sandwich or Fruit Platters) for our birthday parties and events.
Hours:
PT/FT shifts available
Off hours available for production (seasonal)
Night Shifts (seasonal)
Some rotating weekends might be required depending on the position
Daytime hours with possibility of some evening or night hours
Experienced in working in a kitchen in a fast paced environment
Very organized and efficient in the kitchen.
Compensation:
Part time: $17-$19/hour with review - some incentive for off hours
