Lucy's Sandwich Shop in West Medford at 472 High Street, is looking for experienced bilingual line cooks and sandwich artisans who are able to service customers and are responsible for prep and execution of the menu (line cook duties include prep of all menu items, station set-up and execution of menu, breakdown and and cleanup) (counter help daily duties include, answering phones, taking orders, organizing takeout orders general cleaning, breakdown and set up, keeping front of house orderly and clean, sweeping, window cleaning, and emptying trash)
We serve breakfast sandwiches and a variety of specialty sandwiches for lunch and into the dinner hour. Hours of operation is 6 days a week. 9am to 7 pm Saturdays and Sunday 7am to 4pm.
Duties include daily preparation, set up and execution of breakfast and lunch service and guest service, daily breakdown and cleaning of stations.
all staff will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of stations and equipment on a daily basis. Experience and performance will determine wages on an hourly basis. Come join the family! Please send resume or call.
