We are a busy, family/neighborhood restaurant looking for a full- time lead line cook/kitchen manager to join our team. Someone who can help to train and maintain standards as they apply to food quality, food safety and procedures.
The candidate we are looking for will have the experience and ability to work and teach all stations on the line. They will communicate with Front of House daily to ensure the best results in food service and quality. The PM Lead/Kitchen manager will report to the GM and directly contribute to the success of an already established and very busy kitchen.
Applicant must have:
Reliable transportation
Significant restaurant kitchen experience/high volume preferred
Ability to lift over 50 pounds
Ability to work on your feet for at least 5 hours
Good grooming habits
In-person applications are preferred on Mondays and Wednesdays.
