Classically trained and Experienced Chef with strong Butcher skills wanted for
Gourmet Food market in Dover, Massachusets.
Qualified candidate must have Chef experience, be a “foodie”, and have a host of well-rounded culinary knowledge and skills! Knowledge of charcuterie, butchery, and cheese. Must be professional, friendly, and a team leader. Great opportunity! No late nights, no holidays, and no table service.
Salary: $65k+ (based on experience)
Duties Include:
Managing all aspects of the kitchen
Preparing all daily dishes
Maintaining the highest standard of quality of hospitality and service- with regard to product, people, sanitation and safety.
Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in US, and must have their own reliable form of transportation (There is no public transportation available).
