Premiere sporting venue seeks Exec Chef to be over all outlets and provide culinary excellence to the public.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced food service environment, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, high-quality dishes that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute menus that cater to diverse tastes while reflecting regional flavors and culinary trends.
- Lead menu conceptualization, recipe development, and food tastings, ensuring offerings meet quality and profitability standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to kitchen staff, fostering a culture of culinary excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee kitchen operations during high-volume events, maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency under pressure.
