Our goal is to create an exceptional dining experience for our patrons through the preparation and presentation of our menu. It is also essential to ensure correct handling and preparation of food at all times to guarantee the safety of our guests. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
➢ Cleaning of the kitchen and bar areas to uphold DPH standards
➢ Communication with supervisor to address and resolve any issues throughout the shift
➢ Adherence to company safety and sanitation policies
➢ The ability to safely and correctly operate all equipment
➢ Preparing food in a timely manner as to meet guest expectations
➢ Maintaining inventory of kitchen and bar supplies
➢ Creating / editing of food and beverage menus
➢ Assisting in oversight and planning of special events
Upon discussion, expectations are to work 8–10-hour days, 6 days a week (per hour rate). We offer a full 6-day week of paid time off to be used in the off season. Please note that permanent employment is contingent upon performance based on a 3-month trial period.
