Senior QA Engineer

Join CD PROJEKT RED and be part of the development of Cyberpunk2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to serve as a link between development and quality assurance. This is an opportunity to join an innovative game and play a pivotal role in ensuring its quality and stability. As the first dedicated Senior QA Engineer on Cyberpunk 2 project, you'll play a key role in defining the game’s automated testing strategy from the ground up.You will be joining the team, which improves the development experience for all Cyberpunk 2 teams. Examples include creating and maintaining automation test frameworks, managing build farms, source control, and automated deployment pipelines.Responsibilities:Collaborate with project Engineering, Tech Art, Art, QA, and DevOps teams, as well as central development services, to ensure efficient integration and deployment of testing frameworks and tools.Provide comprehensive test progress reports, proactively identifying and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain project timelines.Participate in code review processParticipate in all parts of the Agile development cycle.Mentor and support junior and mid-level test engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.Proactively monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of build and test failures.
