Description We are offering an opportunity for a Property Administrator in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks linked to property management and tenant relations. The successful candidate will be joining our team to assist in the administration and management of properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.Responsibilities: Familiarize with HUD Section 8 regulation and handle the recertification of residents' income. Schedule and set up appointments for residents. Review income and request necessary documentation for verification. Send out verification of the information gathered. Utilize Real Page Onesite software for managing property-related tasks. Uphold confidentiality while dealing with residents and manage all aspects of resident interactions. Ensure organized management of high volume paperwork, both physical and electronic. File and track paperwork diligently. Exhibit personable interaction skills, understanding the dynamics of dealing with senior citizens as well as families. Use skills in CMMS, Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Conference Rooms, Construction, Customer Service, and Documentation to perform tasks efficiently. Requirements Proficiency in the use of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for property administration tasks Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with the 'About Time' project management tool Experience in managing conference rooms, including scheduling and equipment setup Background in construction and understanding of basic construction principles Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members Proficient in documentation, with the ability to create and maintain records related to property administration Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
