Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is within the Real Estate & Property industry, where you will handle various aspects of property administration, from leasing to customer service. Responsibilities:
Full cycle property leasing, including managing the application process and liaising with housing authorities
Oversee the recertification process to ensure compliance with housing regulations
Implement rent increases as necessary, in line with market trends and company policies
Utilize accounting software systems for financial management and record keeping
Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and respond to inquiries
Requirements
Requirements for the Assistant Property Manager role:
2+ years of experience in the property management industry
Experience with recertifications
Yardi or Onesite experience preferred
