The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to senior executives and account managersOrganize and maintain client files, reports, and confidential documentationCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-upsAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and financial summariesCommunicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team membersMonitor project timelines, billing, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and timelinessConduct research and compile data for internal and external reportingPerform general office support tasks and maintain schedules and calendars
