Job Duties:
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner
Documentation of customer concerns
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by customer
Check the progress of repair throughout the day
Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts
Maintains strong customer satisfaction
Explain all completed work and charges to the customer
Follows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
Job Requirements:
Prior sales experience preferred but not required
High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required
Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
Excellent interpersonal skills with Superior Customer Service Skills
Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
