Quirk is currently expanding and is in need of a new Service Internet Sales Consultant. The Internet Sales Consultant (BDC) is responsible and accountable for producing committed scheduled appointments between our customers and our service department. The primary responsibilities of this position include contacting customers to remind them of scheduled vehicle maintenance, notify of vehicle recalls, and inquiring about their experience at the dealership. Job Duties:
Make daily outbound calls and send text messages to generate service appointments
Contact customers for maintenance reminders, vehicle recall notifications, and post-service follow-ups
Use pre-written templates to send professional email communications
Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments
Coordinate with Service Managers and Advisors to ensure scheduling accuracy
Maintain and update customer records in the customer relationship management system
Prioritize and respond to incoming leads efficiently
Perform administrative tasks to support overall department operations
Any other job task as requested by Management
Job Requirements:
Proficiency with MS office programs
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Outstanding phone skills and follow-up
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center work is a plus
Bilingual preferred, but not a requirement
