Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries (phone, email, text)
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Other duties as requested
Salary: Starting at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
