Overview:

Reliable Fence, Woburn, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Warranty Repair Coordinator. This role is crucial in managing phone inquiries, warranty repairs, Dig Safe coordination, and scheduling support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and exhibit strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

 Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from customers regarding warranty repairs and service requests.

 Coordinate Dig Safe processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

 Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians efficiently.

 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service appointments.

 Communicate effectively with customers to de-escalate issues and provide solutions.

 Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

 Learn and adhere to terms and conditions outlined in customer contracts.

 Assist with logistics planning, including route scheduling for service technicians.

 Follow up with service crews and customers to ensure satisfaction and completion of service requests.

 Manage communication with accounts receivable regarding invoice release timelines.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or construction-related industry.

 Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Proficiency in handling outbound phone calls and resolving customer issues.

 Knowledge of construction materials and processes is a plus.

 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

 Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

 Positive attitude with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.

 Capability to multitask and work independently while supporting team goals.
