Seeking a strong candidate to join our Customer Service and AR Representative Team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, take orders and maintain accounts.
Process daily invoices, bi-weekly statements, daily checks and electronic payments.
Troubleshoot and respond to all customer inquiries, orders and complaints.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Email weekly billing recap and credit transactions.
Interact with production, delivery and retail staff as needed to resolve all internal issues.
Inputs daily wholesale orders, process production reports and daily invoices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge of computers.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
Combination of education and experience in food production setting.
General understanding of Customer Service practices.
Organized and detailed oriented
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be available to work weekend and holidays.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
