Accounts Receivable Specialist Part Time
We are a small privately owned company with multiple entities in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
Duties
- Perform data entry related to accounts receivable and ensure accuracy
- Handle account reconciliation tasks
- Utilize financial concepts to manage accounts efficiently
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments
- Assist with coding and posting of financial transactions
- Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with customers
Experience
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
