Experienced Billing/Accounts Receivable; Customer Service Representative.
North Shore area transportation/logistics company in search of a detail-oriented and self-motivated person to join our busy office team. Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, customer service and general office duties, in a busy environment a must. 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We offer competitive wages, life insurance, 401K and profit sharing.
Candidates should possess the following skills and knowledge:
Maintain accounts receivable
Input customer orders into logistics software system
Timely customer account billing
Manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into our financial system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records
Collections, with a customer conscious approach utilizing professional and pleasant phone manners
Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve customer invoice questions and problems
Ability to multitask and track all duties through to completion
Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
