We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead and execute the digital marketing strategy across both the Savant and GE brands reporting to the Executive VP of Brand & Creative.This pivotal role will drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels including savant.com, gelighting.com, shop.gelighting.com, social media and more. You will be responsible for growing our digital presence, leading a high-performing team, working with teams across the company, and aligning digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead conversions across multiple channels.Drive brand differentiation and growth across B2B and B2C channels on Savant.com, GELighting.com, shop.gelighting.com, and the Savant dealer store.Define and evolve social media strategies for Pro / Power / Retail businesses.Align strategy/tactics with emerging digital trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously optimizing for improved performance.Digital Marketing ExecutionDrive continual UX improvements and content updates to all owned sites to enhance awareness and conversion.Develop and lead e-commerce growth marketing tactics.Lead content strategy and UX optimization for savant.com and gelighting.com, ensuring performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.Collaborate closely with product, sales, creative, and IT teams to deliver integrated campaigns and world-class customer experiences.Data & AnalyticsDefine KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and continually optimize digital platforms based on analytics.Leverage first-party data and marketing automation platforms to drive personalization and lifecycle marketing.Manage dashboards and reporting to communicate performance to executive stakeholders.Team & Vendor ManagementDirect the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and strategic spending.Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional digital team.Develop and lead agency RFPs, and manage relationships with existing digital agencies and technology vendors.
