Savant is searching for a detail-oriented and creative professional to serve as a Digital Marketing Manager on our Corporate Marketing Team. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and works side-by-side with Retail Product Marketers to drive awareness, consideration and sales of GE-branded DIY lighting and GE Cync smart home products sold at more than 55,000 locations in North America and online.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of shop.gelighting.com and promotions and creating compelling digital content across multiple platforms including social media.Key Responsibilities:Digital Content Creation & Management:Execute updates to GELighting.com and ensure content is engaging, accurate, and on brand.Build and maintain process and operational rigor for day-to-day activities related to managing and growing our direct to consumer (D2C) website – shop.gelighting.com.Manage shop.gelighting.com agency partner.Analyze influencer marketing opportunities and identify those that align with goals of the GE brand. Negotiate terms and execute deliverables.Manage HubSpot CRM and develop digital promotions that drive traffic to D2C site.Partner with internal creative team to develop engaging, on-brand content including graphics, promotional emails, and web content.Ensure brand, messaging, voice, and visuals are consistent across all digital platforms.Leverage analytical skillset to gather key business and user insights as well as measure impact of marketing programs – awareness, traffic, conversions, etc.Social Media Management:Lead online branded digital content, including planning, writing, and scheduling social media content for GE branded products and setting the social calendar.Manage official social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.Monitor daily activity, engage with audiences, and build community across all platforms.Manage social media agency partner.Partner with creators to collaborate on delivering engaging contentTrack and report on performance metrics, audience insights, and competitor analysis.Keep the GE brand relevant and engaging across key audience segments.Repurpose long-form content into social-friendly formats.Partner with internal creative team to develop engaging, on-brand, and timely content that capitalizes on GE lighting and smart home news and industry trends.Lead ratings and reviews process through sampling and BazaarVoice reviews.
