We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager - Structures to join our team in the North East region of the United States. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes for structural projects, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs for structural engineering projectsLead and mentor a team of quality control specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementConduct regular inspections and audits of structural designs, materials, and construction processesAnalyze quality control data and prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actionsStay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering and quality controlDevelop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, checklists, and training materialsParticipate in client meetings and site visits to address quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfactionImplement and oversee the use of quality control software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiencyContribute to the continuous improvement of quality control methodologies and techniques within the organization
