Quality Control Area Engineer - Civil

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Area Engineer - Civil to join our team in the North East region of the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes for civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control programs for civil engineering projects in the assigned areaConduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and safety regulationsAnalyze test results and inspection reports to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related concernsPrepare and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and reportsTrain and mentor quality control team members on best practices and industry standardsStay up-to-date with local building codes and regulations in the North East regionParticipate in project planning meetings to provide input on quality control aspectsInvestigate and resolve non-conformance issues in a timely mannerContinuously improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
