A busy real estate development company in Baltimore seeking a reliable, detail-oriented part-time office assistant to support leasing, property management, administrative tasks, and proposal preparation in a fast-paced, professional environment.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized, thorough, and adaptable
- Comfortable working independently
- Skilled with numbers and has strong math abilities
- Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Requirements:
- 10–15 hours per week, in-person
- Personal transportation required
- Must be highly computer literate
- Prior office or business experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
