Extremely busy Property Manager looking for organized assistant.

Job Duties:

Answer high volume of calls and emails.

Organize, manage, and schedule appointments.

Manage billing of jobs as needed.

Manage contracts.

Manage invoices and billing.

Manage collection of outstanding billing.

Manage responses to owners, vendors, contractors, and employees.

Manage monthly payments.

Enter data into custom software program.

Must have or possess the following:

Must be extremely organized.

Must have excellent attention to detail.

Must have excellent follow up skills.

Must have excellent people skills.

Must have excellent computer skills.

Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks a huge plus.

Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and analyze information skillfully.

Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, to monitor own work and ensure accountability and quality performance.

Easily adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
