Qualifications
Demonstrated physical strength and endurance for manual labor
Capability to work effectively in diverse weather conditions
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools utilized in construction
Understanding of safety protocols and procedures within construction environments
Effective communication skills to accurately follow instructions
Prior experience as a Foreman preferred but not required
Residence in Baltimore, MD 21201 required
Responsibilities
Support construction teams in various tasks to ensure timely project completion
Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials
Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery as needed
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and potential hazards
Engage in trench digging, hole backfilling, and earth compaction for construction readiness
Participate in concrete mixing, pouring, and spreading activities
Aid in the erection of scaffolding and temporary structures
Follow supervisor instructions meticulously to execute manual labor duties
