Job Responsibilities:
Assist with site setup and cleanup tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Safely load and unload materials and equipment, following established safety procedures.
Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision, ensuring proper usage and handling.
Provide support to various tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as directed.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to contribute to project completion.
Requirements:
No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided for all new hires.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects in a construction environment.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Basic understanding of math and measurement concepts.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
