Qualifications

Skilled in working in dusty conditions and on uneven terrain.

Comfortable with confined spaces and heights, such as working on scaffolding or in crawlspaces.

Eager to follow instructions and perform required tasks.

Equipped with essential carpentry tools, including a tool belt with hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Basic understanding of job site organization and construction techniques.

Positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for coworkers.

Familiar with basic safety and health practices, with ongoing safety training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean job site, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation activities, such as trench digging.

Work methodically and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Communicate ideas and information effectively; demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness.

Ensure safety for yourself and your team members.

Help maintain job site security, ensuring the safety of personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally operate a company vehicle as needed, with a clean motor vehicle report required.

Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

Starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

$1,500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
