If you have a passion for food service and leadership, we’d love to hear from you!Job Type: Seasonal (August through October)Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays as well as 1-2 evenings (flexible) per week as needed. What You’ll Do As our Seasonal Food Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our food service operations run smoothly during the bustling harvest season. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day food service operations to ensure efficiency and quality. - Leading and motivating a team of food service staff to deliver excellent customer service. - Managing inventory, supplies, and food preparation to maintain high standards. - Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. - Assisting with scheduling and resolving any operational challenges with a proactive approach.✅ What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate with: - At least 3 year of experience in food service or a related role. - Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic team. - A friendly, customer-focused attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. - A passion for working in a community-focused, family-oriented setting.
