Chef / Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food and creating a positive kitchen culture. We’re a new restaurant looking for someone eager to grow with us.
Prepare and oversee high-quality Korean and American dishes, following established recipes
Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff during service
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Manage daily prep, kitchen stations, and service execution
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and uphold all food safety standards
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste
Collaborate on seasonal specials, catering, and event menus
Qualifications:
2+ years of kitchen management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Should be able to work on weekend
Must provide at least one professional reference
