The Bluebird is an upscale restaurant and cocktail bar located in Hampden. We’re looking for a kitchen manager to oversee the already established food program. Must have 2 years experience in related work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.
Monthly inventory and maintaining cost of goods
Ordering
Continue current kitchen policies including cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
Weekly staff scheduling
Execute private events
