Job Responsibilities and Skills:
Maintain landscaping and lawn care for three large properties with loads of delicate landscaping and hardscaping
Moderate technical skills for managing security systems and irrigation etc.
Be available for short-term tenants’ needs and all basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry excluded)
Interior and exterior painting and staining
Be able to lift heavy objects
Knowledge of most power tools
Snow removal
Delegate tasks and oversee any electrical, plumbing and large projects
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation. Owning a truck is a bonus.
Time management
Extreme organization skills
Experience:
Must have min two years experience with all job responsibilities above
Salary and Benefits: W2 or 1099 - 42k - 60k + mileage. Benefits after the first year.
Background check required
Work Schedule: 25- 40 hours per week, must be available for emergency calls.
