HANYMAN / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE HELPER - $2000 HIRING BONUS - HAZELWOOD HANDYMAN

The Company: Hazelwood Handyman, Inc. is a small, family-owned construction and handyman company, owned and operated by Timothy Spang of Spang Builders, Inc., and is known for outstanding customer service and quality finished products.
The Position: We're looking for someone with a wide range of knowledge in construction to assist our property maintenance Project Manager. The pay is negotiable depending on experience. $2000 HIRING BONUS
Duties include: opening/closing houses for subcontractors, misc. punch list items like drywall patching, small paint jobs, changing light bulbs, small carpentry projects, problem solving mechanical issues, etc.
