We are a small locally owned property management company looking for the right individual to do painting and handyman projects: We work on residential houses, condo units, commercial projects and rental unit turnovers. This job is for someone who wants to do a quick daily check in and work independently.
The right applicant will:
Have a keen Attention to detail and care about Craftsmanship
Have a desire and willingness to learn skills
Be able to show up on time and work a full day
Have a positive attitude.
Follow basic instructions.
Have reliable transportation.
Knowledge of spraying, aerial lifts, and ladder work is a plus.
