Central Maine Property Management is hiring full time maintenance person to join our Team! We service Lewiston, Auburn and surrounding areas.
Person must be able to assess, fix and maintain a variety of general maintenance issues that arise in maintaining property: Basic trouble shooting skills, carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.

Hours are Monday - Friday between 8 - 5 (some flexibility); Rotating on-call apx. once every 4-6 weeks; compensated extra for being on-call week + over-time.
Compensation: 8 Paid holidays; 1(+) week Paid Time Off; Mileage; $100 monthly cell phone stipend; Extra $200 Pay for On-call week + time, 401K match after 1 year.
Mandatory: Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, basic tools, experience, clean background check
