We are looking for a professional person to assist the office manager part-time doing multiple office tasks in a small quiet office in Brunswick.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, typing, sending out proposals, invoicing, some bookkeeping and general office work.
1 to 2 years experience with Quick Books online and working in a small office environment preferred.
Excellent computer skills including experience in Excel, MS Office and Outlook. Accuracy and attention to detail is necessary.
Ability to multi-task, follow direction, work independently and be reliable.
Must be able to pass a background check.
