Administrative Assistant position open for immediate hire.
Must have QB online experience, basic accounting knowledge, positive can-do attitude.
Duties include but are not limited to –
Payroll and time tracking
Data entry
On time bill payments
Keeping CEO’s calendar and providing reminders
Social media updates
Contracts, Change orders, and Invoicing
Pay depending on experience.
