Small company needing an assistant to handle the phones and to either know QuickBooks or learn QuickBooks in order to send out invoices and estimates.
Only needed 20 - 25 hours / week
Days and times to be discussed
Work will include both office work and on-site visits in Greater Portland to complete work estimates.
You will establish a relationship with 100+ business-owner clients.
Please have working phone and transportation, attention to detail will be a must
Starting pay $20/hour depending on experience
