Seasonal Farm Office Assistant
Pineland Farms Produce Division | Located at 752 Mayall Rd. New Gloucester, Maine
Job Description:
Pineland Farms Produce Division is looking for a summer office assistant. This is a great position for someone looking for either part-time weekend work or a more full-time summer position with some weekend time included. Computer and customer service abilities required, adaptability and flexibility make the job much more enjoyable, and a drive to contribute is a must as a member of our farm team. This is a position full of potential to learn new skills you can take into any future field. Or apply some existing skills to a flexible summer position and round-out your resume. This position starts early June and goes through October.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Help customers in person and by phone.
Generate Invoices in QuickBooks.
Assist in Farm-wide Communication.
Pack or deliver produce on occasion.
Requirements:
Morning and weekend availability a must: 6am-2pm shift.
Computer competence and strong communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Wage of $17.80/hour
