Join our team to help build a better, more sustainable world for future generations!Role DefinitionLeads development and execution of Caterpillar’s data center global account strategy, and required processes, collaborating within Electric Power, across CAT divisions and with customers to support our continued growth in the Data Center market.Responsibilities Leads cross-functional collaboration with business partners across the organization and with outside experts to gain industry trends and collect voice of the customer and voice of the business to develop and execute changes needed for business growth. Manages metrics, dashboards and leads the development of necessary processes and tools to monitor and drive performance. Planning and directing all projects viewed as critical to department and the enterprise Leads customer engagement initiatives to understand their energy transition goals and plans, and establish CAT workstreams to collaborate and meet their needs.Skill DescriptorsCustomer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.Level Working Knowledge: Communicates the importance of customer needs/expectations and commits to resolving them.
